Store the granola in an airtight container. 2 cups puffed rice ¼ cup coconut flour, or finely ground, shredded unsweetened coconut flakes ½ cup pumpkin seeds ½ cup chopped dried cherries 1 tablespoon almond meal 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup chopped cashews ¼ cup organic peanut butter (or cashew butter or almond butter) ¼ cup canola oil ½ cup organic maple syrup ¼ teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of salt Pinch of cardamom GET YOUR MORNING GOING!

1. Place the walnuts and cashews in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Transfer them to a large bowl. 2. Wash the food processor bowl and then add in the dates, chia seeds, flaxseeds, water, and vanilla. Pulse until the mixture makes a paste. 3. Remove this mixture from the food processor and separate it in half, placing half of the mixture into the large bowl with the nuts. Add the maple syrup, oil, cardamom, 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon, and a dash of sea salt to the mixture in the large bowl.
